Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Acceptance
1.1 "CukruStorage" refers to the item storage service operated by the owner of this business.
1.2 "Customer" refers to the item owner who registers for and uses this service.
1.3 By submitting the registration form and ticking the consent checkbox, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.

2. Service Period
2.1 The storage service is provided for a period of 3 months, starting from the item drop-off/pickup date until the end of the stipulated Return Period.
2.2 The following dates apply for the current session:
- Drop-off / Pickup by team: 2/7/2026 - 5/7/2026 and 9/7/2026 - 10/7/2026
- Item collection (Return Period): 3/10/2026 - 9/10/2026
2.3 CukruStorage reserves the right to change the above dates for future sessions with prior notice.

3. Charges & Payment
3.1 Storage rates are as follows:
- 1 Box: RM30
- 2 Boxes: RM55
- 3 Boxes: RM80
- 4th box onwards: +RM10/box
3.2 The final price is subject to admin approval after reviewing the registration form.
3.3 Full payment must be made before or during item drop-off/pickup, unless otherwise stated by the admin.
3.4 Any additional charges (e.g. oversized boxes, high-risk items, or special requests) will be communicated and agreed upon before final approval.

4. Drop-off Service (Customer Delivers Personally)
4.1 The Customer must complete the online registration form and receive confirmation beforehand, before bringing items to the CukruStorage location.
4.2 Walk-in on the same day is allowed, provided the registration form has already been submitted and confirmed.
4.3 CukruStorage will not accept any items without a valid registration record.

5. Pickup Service (CukruStorage Team Collects from Customer's Location)
5.1 Pickup requests must be made at least 1 day before the requested pickup date.
5.2 Pickup charges are calculated based on distance and labour, and will be confirmed by the admin during the approval process.
5.3 The Customer must ensure items are ready for collection at the agreed date and time. Delays or unavailability of items at the scheduled pickup time may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

6. Return of Items
6.1 The Customer is responsible for collecting their items within the stipulated Return Period (3/10/2026 - 9/10/2026).
6.2 Any collection made after the end of the Return Period will incur a late (overdue) charge of RM10 per day, calculated from the first day after the end date until the items are collected.
6.3 Overdue charges will continue to accrue for as long as the items remain uncollected and the status has not been updated to "Returned" by the admin.
6.4 Customers are advised to plan for early collection to avoid additional charges.

7. Unclaimed Items
7.1 If items are not collected within 30 days after the end of the Return Period, CukruStorage reserves the right to treat the items as abandoned, and may dispose of, sell, or donate the items to recover outstanding costs, without further liability to CukruStorage.

8. Care of Items
8.1 CukruStorage will take reasonable precautions to safeguard the security of stored items.
8.2 Customers are advised not to store high-value items, important documents, cash, perishable items, or illegal/hazardous items within the storage.

9. Prohibited Items
9.1 Customers are prohibited from storing items such as: flammable/explosive materials, illegal substances, weapons, wet/perishable items, live animals, cash/high-value jewellery, or any item that violates the law.
9.2 CukruStorage reserves the right to inspect and reject any item suspected of violating these terms.

10. Privacy & Personal Data
10.1 Personal information (name, phone number, email, address) provided will be used solely for the purpose of managing the storage service and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Account & System Access
11.1 Customers are responsible for keeping their account PIN confidential.
11.2 CukruStorage is not responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from the Customer's negligence in safeguarding their PIN.

12. Amendment of Terms
12.1 CukruStorage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any amendments will be updated in the system and will apply to future registrations.

13. Consent
By ticking the checkbox "I agree to the CukruStorage Terms & Conditions" during registration, the Customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted all the terms above.
