Frequently Asked Questions

How does the QR verification work? Once your booking is approved, you'll get a unique QR slip. Show it when dropping off your items and again when collecting them.
How do I schedule my return? Log in with your phone number and PIN, then choose your return date and pickup or self drop-off method.
How is the storage price decided? Pricing is based on how many boxes you're storing and is confirmed by admin before you drop off - no surprise charges.
What if I forget my PIN? Contact admin via WhatsApp and they'll reset it for you.
